Clarice Ford-Kulah (Founder/CEO/Montserrado Coordinator)
She is a certified school principal, and educator. She has a Doctorate in Education and Curriculum Development/Instruction. She taught for 14 years in the public school system in Georgia. She has owned and operated several of her own schools and offers quality programming for preschool and elementary school children. At the college level, she teaches teachers and ran the teacher’s education program at a local college in the US. Dr. Kulah has also served as Title 1 Specialist and New Teacher Induction Program Leader. Her goal is to provide a quality teacher prep program that ensures that teachers are teaching and students are learning.
Elizabeth Armstrong (CFO)
She is an accountant and tax consultant with over 30 years of experience. She owns and operates Armstrong and Associates in Atlanta, Georgia and Liberia. Ms. Armstrong also provides payroll services and have served on the Chamber of Commerce board. She is exceptionally well versed in marketing and keeping track of nonprofit spending.
Dr. Rosalita Kennedy (Vice President)
She is an educational consultant, professional development facilitator and curriculum and instruction specialist. She has a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and has worked 25 plus years in public education. Dr. Kennedy plans and facilitates professional development for teachers, Title 1 Parent Workshops, New Teacher Induction Program, and STEM specialist in one of the top school systems in Georgia. Additionally, she facilitates the Balance Literacy and Numeracy Program for Title 1 Teachers.
Wlede Pratt Frankfort (Secretary)
She currently works in Dubai, The United Arab Emirates. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with specializations in Reading and Science from the University of Houston. She also obtained a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Qatar University. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Special Education. Wlede has taught at the Elementary, Middle and High school levels.
Debbie Scott Caranda (Country Director)
She is a 44 years veteran educator. She is currently a college professor and proprietress/ principal of a leading private school (SPS:est.1978) in Liberia. She holds a BSc Degree in Elementary Education for Language Arts/Social Studies and a Masters Degree in Curriculum Development and Teacher Training from the University of Georgia. She believes paving the way is more difficult than following and if you want positive events to occur you have to develop them. She loves children and believes that all children can learn if they are taught.

Saymendy Lloyd (Outreach)
She is a life coach and activist well known for advocating for domestic abuse victims and youth. Newly inducted into the DC Hall of Fame, Ms. Lloyd is also known for changing the landscape of education by establishing the Reading Voyage Program in DC.
Ciatta-Mae Stubblefield (Special Ed Specialist)
She has worked in the public school system as a Preschool Special Education teacher for over 18 years. She has a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education and a Specialist degree in Elementary Education. She is currently serving as a mentor in her school program.
Henrietta Johnson Acolaste (Fundraising Specialist)
She is a nonprofit consultant with over 18 plus years of experience. She has vast knowledge and experience in grant writing, nonprofit start up, board development, and much more. She currently sits on over 7 nonprofit boards, with experience in leadership, advancement, and collaboration keys.
Anastasia Simmonds Caphart (GbarpoluCoordinator/Teacher's Training Specialist)
She is a teacher/educator in the public school system in the state of Georgia, USA. Her professional background includes more than thirty years as an educator in Early Childhood Education, working with children and families of diverse backgrounds in public (urban and rural), parochial and private schools. She also works as a teacher and trainer internationally. She is a former National Board-Certified Teacher. Ms. Simmonds possesses a Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University. She is highly motivated, flexible, and passionate about providing a wholesome environment in which students can thrive. In everything she does, she remains committed to helping the children.
Charlesetta Williams (Bassa Coordinator/Special Needs Consultant)
She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. She is the CEO of HealthPage Liberia Inc. Her organization is responsible for airlifting medically ill children from Liberia to America and other countries where they are treated for a number of life-threatening illnesses. She also runs a group home for children with cerebral palsy, down syndrome, just to name a few.
Roseline Toweh (Nimba Coordinator)
She is the National General Secretary of YWCA. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Minor in Management and a Masters of Arts in Corporate Governance. She also holds additional certificates in counseling, HIV/AIDS, Women’s Human Rights, etc. She has attended many conferences in a number of countries including South Africa, Kenya, Switzerland, Phillipines, Senegal, and a host of others.
Dwight Harvey (Grand Cape Mount Coordinator)
He is an outstanding education professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (BA), Master’s degree in Education (M. Ed) and Education Specialist degree (Ed. S) in Instructional Leadership (Curriculum and Instruction). He has worked as an educator both in the US and Liberia. Mr. Harvey has served as Education Officer over Capemount School District in Liberia. He is dedicated to empowering young people to learn, achieve, and succeed in their educational pursuits.
Mohamed Konneh (Special Education Coordinator)
He is USA certified early childhood, elementary and special education teacher with nearly two decades of teaching experience working with children and young people of all ages. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in early childhood, elementary and special education from Temple and Cheyney universities in Pennsylvania. Over the years, he has worked in many capacities; from classroom teacher to administrative positions, one of which was serving as the director of the Division of Special and Inclusive Education at the Ministry of Education, Republic of Liberia from 2015 to August of 2018. As a compassionate inclusive education advocate, he strongly believe that all children can be achievers when given the opportunity in a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.
Rolonda Deshield (Educator)
She is an educator with over 30 years of experience. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and currently teaches in the Minnesota, Brooklyn Park area where she deals with curriculum and instruction. Due to her dedication to the children and education system of Liberia, she founded the Transformation Through Literacy Program which provides scholarship for Liberian students and teachers training.
Brenda Brent Cole (Social Worker/MPA-Project Manager)
She has her Masters in Public Administration, with a concentration in Public Management. She has worked diligently in non-profit & government agencies, in leadership roles, dealing with the most vulnerable children, adults & seniors; addressing socio-economic issues: child welfare/foster care, education, public assistance programs, homeless & housing. Currently as a Program Manager, she ensures regulatory standards, transparency, equity, trust, and service in partnership are adhered to. Brenda vows to continue to have a seat at the table, changing the narrative, eliminating disparities, and ensuring that all are treated with dignity, empathy, and respect.
Natasha Tubman (Social Worker/WPA-Manager)
She is an Administrative Supervisor and Systems Administrator for the Department of Social Services. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Public Admin. She has 17 years of experience working in various capacities of local government in North Carolina. She is currently obtaining her Len Six Sigma Certification.
Jacqueline Kiadii (Technology Specialist/Stem Coordinator/MOSM)
She is a technology professional with over 20 years of experience teaching adults how to use technology to increase their productivity and advance in their careers. She is a graduate of Georgia State University's Computer Information Systems program and is certified as a Microsoft Office Master. Since 2001, she has owned and operated a Technology Training firm, training employees of Fortune 500 corporations and state and federal government agencies. She also has experience serving on non-profit boards.

Penny Clarke (Attorney)
She is a lawyer and a seasoned legal professional, who serves as an Advisor to our Management Team. She is an experienced business litigator, with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. She has worked on numerous mass torts litigation matters representing pharmaceutical companies in the products liability arena, with experience in multi-district litigation. She is currently a public servant in Washington, D.C., after spending many years in private AmLaw 100 firms in Boston and Atlanta.
Christine Tolbert-Norman (Educator)
She is an educator in the Bentol area. She owns her own school in Bentol and was co- owner of Isaac A. Davis School, a very prominent institution for the advancement of the young mind. Mrs. Tolbert-Norman has also served as Asst. Education Minister and former mayor of Bentol City.
